Cold weather, 'wing icing' delays early morning planes at Tullamarine Airport in Melbourne

This is a first. Waiting at Melbourne airport while they de-ice the planes.
Operations are returning to normal after more than a dozen flights were delayed from Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport as cold weather and "wing icing" prevented take off.
Qantas said nine flights had been delayed for up to 40 minutes across the morning.
"A number of flights out of Melbourne are experiencing minor delays due to wing icing," the airline said in a statement.
